Is mail ordering paintball accessories illegal in California?
I know mail ordering paintball markers is illegal in CA. I just want to know if it’s the same for ordering accessories. For example I am planning on ordering a gun holster for a Tippman TPX, but would like to know if there are gonna be any consequences.

Hmm I’ve ordered markers in California before so I’m going to have to say no, it’s not illegal.

You can always go down to your local police station and ask to be sure.

Cops are actually nice people when they aren’t giving tickets :P

It’s perfectly legal, it’s only the gun you’re not allowed to buy. Basically the logic is if you’re buying a holster you’ve already got the gun, so must’ve bought it face to face.

Hope this helps

What? It’s not illegal to order paintball guns in California… unless you’re under 18. But you can order accessories all you want, regardless of age.

you can order markers online or whatever, as long as you are 18.
